Shipping

All ordered products will be shipped from SAAD warehouse located in Bangkok, Thailand.

You can confirm that your ordered item has been shipped by checking the “Shipping Completion Email” containing the tracking number (invoice number) that is automatically sent after shipping.

If you wish to change the arrival date, etc. after shipping, please make arrangements with the delivery company yourself.

Free Shipping:
  • Thailand: Free shipping (shipping fees may apply to limited-edition or store-exclusive items.).
  • India, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan,  Korea, Singapore, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Vietnam, Bhutan, Maldives, Cambodia: Free shipping on purchases over 6,000 THB (180 USD*) or equivalent.
  • Other supported countries: Free shipping on purchases over 10,000 THB (300 USD*) or equivalent.

*The base currency is Thai Baht; therefore, values may fluctuate.

  • Thailand: 2 to 4 business days.
  • International: 7 to 14 business days.

Important Notes:

*Arrival date and time may be delayed due to bad weather or disasters. 

*It may take longer than usual during the Public Holidays, Christmas season, Golden Week, New Year’s holidays, etc.

*In some delivery areas, we may not be able to accommodate your request even if you specify a delivery time zone.

*If you refuse or decline to receive an item shipped, the item will be returned to the store. There can be extra charge for re-attempting delivery.

Packaging

Each product will be delivered wrapped in an original gift box with a size and packaging method tailored to each product.

Other Items ( oil, cleaners, gift boxes, etc )

These items will be delivered in simple packaging and is not eligible for gift wrapping.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

At SAAD, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. This policy explains how we handle:

  • Returns: Sending an item back to us

  • Exchanges: Swapping your item for the same or a different item

  • Refunds: Getting your money back

We handle online and in-store purchases differently, so please read carefully.


1. Online Orders – Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

We accept return and exchange requests within 14 days of delivery.

A. If the item is defective or incorrect (SAAD’s error):

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • Include photos and a short explanation
  • Once approved, you may choose:
    • A replacement (exchange) — SAAD covers the shipping cost to send the new item

    • A full refund — SAAD covers the return shipping as well

B. If the item is not defective (e.g., wrong size, change of mind):

  • Exchanges only — refunds are not offered for personal reasons
  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Contact us within 14 days
  • You are responsible for:
    • The return shipping

    • The shipping cost of the new item

2. In-Store Purchases – Exchanges and Refunds

We offer limited return options for in-store purchases.

A. If the item is defective (SAAD’s error):

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • Provide proof of purchase and, if you’ve already left Thailand, photos of the defect
  • Once approved:
    • You may choose:
      • A same-item replacement
      • A full refund
    • SAAD will cover:
      • Your shipping cost to return the item
      • The shipping cost of the replacement item (if applicable)

B. If the item is not defective (e.g., wrong size, change of mind):

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for in-store purchases due to customer preference
  • We also do not allow exchanges for different items for in-store purchases

3. Not Eligible for Return, Exchange, or Refund (All Purchases)
  • Custom, engraved, made-to-order, or limited-edition items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Items returned after 14 days

  • Items not in original condition (damaged, missing tags, etc.)


4. Return & Exchange Requirements

SAAD is not responsible for items purchased through other retailers. Please contact the seller directly for their return and refund policies.

To qualify:

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving or purchasing the item

  • Purchased from saadjapan.com or SAAD Bangkok Store
  • Item must be:

    • Unworn and undamaged

    • Include tags, packaging, and accessories

  • For watches:

    • Include the original warranty card

    • Must have the same number of links or holes

  • Only one return or exchange per order is allowed

  • SAAD reserves the right to reject items that do not meet these requirements


5. How to Return

Within Thailand:

  • Visit our Bangkok store, or

  • Ship using Shopee Express, Kerry Express, or another reliable courier

Outside Thailand:

  • Use a trusted courier with tracking

  • You are responsible for the item until it reaches us
