Shipping

All ordered products will be shipped from SAAD warehouse located in Bangkok, Thailand.

You can confirm that your ordered item has been shipped by checking the “Shipping Completion Email” containing the tracking number (invoice number) that is automatically sent after shipping.

If you wish to change the arrival date, etc. after shipping, please make arrangements with the delivery company yourself.

About Free Shipping:
  • Thailand: Free shipping.
  • India, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan,  Korea, Singapore, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Vietnam, Bhutan, Maldives, Cambodia: Free shipping on purchases over 6,000 THB (180 USD*) or equivalent.
  • Other supported countries: Free shipping on purchases over 10,000 THB (300 USD*) or equivalent.

*The base currency is Thai Baht; therefore, values may fluctuate

Important Notes:

*Arrival date and time may be delayed due to bad weather or disasters. 

*It may take longer than usual during the Public Holidays, Christmas season, Golden Week, New Year’s holidays, etc.

*In some delivery areas, we may not be able to accommodate your request even if you specify a delivery time zone.

*If you refuse or decline to receive an item shipped, the item will be returned to the store. There can be extra charge for re-attempting delivery.

Packaging

Each product will be delivered wrapped in an original gift box with a size and packaging method tailored to each product.

Other Items ( oil, cleaners, gift boxes, etc )

These items will be delivered in simple packaging and is not eligible for gift wrapping.

Returns and Exchanges

If the delivered product is different from what you ordered or is defective, please contact us using the inquiry form within 14 days of delivery, explaining the reason for your return or exchange request. We will provide you with instructions on how to return or exchange your item. We will cover the shipping costs for returning the incorrect item, sending you a replacement, and issuing a refund if required.

We accept cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds if the customer bears all return shipping charges and meets the specified conditions. Please carefully check the product name, number, color, size, etc., before placing your order.

Returns and Exchanges for Convenience

To initiate a return, please complete our return form. The form will provide you with a DHL return label to affix to your sealed parcel. Returns sent back outside the 14-day window cannot be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

  • Return Form: Use the return form to generate your DHL return label.
  • Shipping FeeUnless the item we sent is defective or incorrect, for all other returns or exchanges, the shipping fee will be borne by the customer.

Conditions
  • Time Windows: Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Response TimeWe will not be able to respond after 14 days (including the date of notification) from the notification of the procedure. (Example: If the return is not confirmed by January 14th in the case of notification on January 1st.) If the customer will be delayed in returning the item, please contact us in advance.
  • Original Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, bags, accessories, tags, etc. 
  • No Wear and Tear: Items must be undamaged, unworn, and without signs of wear and tear.
  • Multiple Products: Ensure that each product is placed in its original packaging to avoid scratches.
  • Watches: Must be returned with the same number of links (for metal straps) or adjustment holes (for leather straps) as at the time of purchase, accompanied by the warranty card.
  • Products Purchased from Other Retailers: For products purchased from other retailers, please refer to the retailer’s return policies. SAAD is not responsible for products purchased from other retailers.
  • Exclusions: Made on-demand, personalized, altered, or engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Country of Purchase: Refunds and exchanges are only eligible within the original country of purchase from the online store.
  • Limited Edition and Collaborations: Certain limited edition, made-on-demand and collaboration items are ineligible for a return and refund.
  • DHL Worldwide Express: All returns must be sent via DHL Worldwide Express using our return form. SAAD is not responsible for products sent with third-party delivery services.
  • Responsibility: The customer is responsible for the goods until delivered to DHL. Always keep the shipment receipt and tracking number for proof and tracking.
  • Multiple Returns and ExchangesReturns and Exchanges can only be made once.

All returns are inspected upon receipt to ensure they meet our criteria. We reserve the right to refuse any items that do not meet these conditions. The refund process typically takes about 30 days; however, depending on the situation, it may take longer. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Exchange Steps
  1. After you contact us via email, we will contact you after confirming that the size or the item you request is in stock.
  2. If the item is in stock, please send the item prepaid by the customer. And make a new order for the required product.
  3. To return the product, please send the product at the return address specified by our company within 14 days (including the date of the notification) after receiving the procedure instructions.
  4. Once we receive the product and confirm that the item meets the conditions, we will immediately ship the new product to you at your own expense once you make the new order.
