Find Your Right Necklace and Pendant Size

The optimal length of the chain will depend mainly on your physique, especially the circumference of your neck, the size of the pendant, and ultimately your style.

Requirements:

  • Measuring Tape or Ruler
  • String
  • Pen or Marker

Steps to Find the Best Fit:

  1. Determine the Length: Measure and cut a piece of string to match the length of the necklace you’re interested in.
  2. Test the Fit: Wrap the string around your neck to see where the necklace will sit. Consider the size and shape of the pendant.
  3. Experiment with Layers: Repeat with strings of different lengths to visualize how various necklaces and pendants will look together.
  4. Choose Your Length and Piece: Remember that, at the end of the day, your preference matters the most.

Notes:

  • If you own a necklace that fit your preference, use it as a reference point.
    • Place the neckless flat on a surface in a straight line and measure the length from one end to the other end using the ruler.

Find Your Right Bangle Size

Bangles are mostly meant to fit snugly around your wrist or just above it. Understanding the right inner circumference and opening size is key to finding bangles that fit your wrist comfortably.

Requirements:

  • Paper Tape, Measuring Tape, or String
  • Sharp Pencil, Pen or Marker
  • Ruler

Steps to Find the Best Fit :

  1. Wrap the Tape or String: Wrap the paper tape or string around just below your wrist bone so that it fits snugly without feeling too tight or too loose, and mark the point where it overlaps.
  2. Measure the Length: Flatten the paper tape or string on a flat surface and measure the length up to the mark using a ruler.
  3. Finding the Size: Choose a bangle with a total circumference (inner circumference + opening) equal to your measured wrist size plus 2mm to 5mm for a snug fit, or the next half-size for a looser fit.
    • For Example: If your measured wrist size is 17 cm, a bangle with an inner circumference + opening of 17.2 cm would usually be a good fit.
