Shipping

Yes, we offer free shipping. The conditions vary based on the delivery destination:

  • Thailand: Free shipping.
  • India, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan,  Korea, Singapore, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Vietnam, Bhutan, Maldives, Cambodia: Free shipping on purchases over 6,000 THB (180 USD*) or equivalent.
  • Other supported countries: Free shipping on purchases over 10,000 THB (300 USD*) or equivalent.

*The base currency is Thai Baht; therefore, values may fluctuate.

Returns and Exchanges

If the product is different from what you ordered or defective, contact us via our inquiry form within 14 days of delivery. We will provide instructions for returning or exchanging the item, including a prepaid shipping label. For convenience returns, complete our return form to generate a DHL return label. Products must be:

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • In original condition with packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • Undamaged and unworn.
  • For items priced under $1,000, returned within 7 days; for items $1,000 or more, within 14 days of purchase.
  • Watches must include the same number of links or adjustment holes.

Yes, products that are made on-demand, personalized, altered, engraved, limited edition, or purchased from other retailers cannot be returned or exchanged. For further details, please contact us or visit our Shipping and Returns.

Contact us via email to confirm stock availability. If the item is in stock, send the item back to us and make a new order for the required product. We will ship the new item once the returned product meets our conditions. All the shipping cost will be borne by the customer. Warranty and Repair Costs

We offer a general warranty of 3 to 12* months from the date of purchase for all jewelry, bracelets, earrings, rings, leather goods, and gemstone watches. For items outside the warranty period or those not meeting warranty conditions, the shipping and repair costs will be the customer’s responsibility. Orders

Please feel free to contact us, we do offer made-on-demand items. And we do offer on-request orders for out of stock.

If you see a product on our social media that is not currently in stock or listed on our website, please contact us directly. We can check the availability of the item, provide information on restock or custom ordering options, and assist you with placing an order if possible.

Once order is confirmed you will automatically receive an email containing all the information you need to track down your order, including the direct link to the carrier’s portal for immediate verification of delivery status.

In the unlikely event that the delivered product is different from the one you ordered or is defective, please send an email to our store stating the reason for your request for return or exchange within 14 days including the date of delivery. Size

Product sizes are listed in the “Product Details,” and you can also use our Size Guide to find your perfect fit. 

If the size of the item you ordered does not match and you wish to exchange it for a different size, please contact us via email [email protected] or through our contact form. We will confirm if the desired size is in stock. Once confirmed, send the item back to us following our return process. You will need to place a new order for the correct size. The shipping cost for the new item will be your responsibility, but we will assist with the return of the original item.
