Members may receive the following coupons depending on their membership tier:

The discount amount varies depending on your membership tier.
Member Exclusive Offer coupons are issued once per calendar year and eligibility resets every January 1.
Each issued coupon remains valid for 1 year from its issue date.
If you receive a coupon near the end of the year, you may still receive a new annual coupon after the January 1 reset.

We provide warranty coverage for items purchased directly from official SAAD Thailand stores or through saadjapan.com.
• Jewelry: 1-month warranty from the date of purchase
• Watches: 12-month warranty from the date of purchase
Items purchased through other channels, including authorized vendors and third-party retailers, are not eligible for warranty coverage.
However, all SAAD items are eligible for maintenance and repair services, although additional charges may apply depending on the condition of the item and the requested service.

Yes. For backordered items, the reservation period begins once production has been completed and the item is ready.
Reservation periods may not be extended unless approved by SAAD.
If the remaining balance is not paid within the reservation period, SAAD reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
Yes. Additional services and reservations provided by SAAD Thailand are charged in Thai Baht (THB) only.
