SAAD는 온라인과 오프라인 매장 구매 건을 서로 다르게 처리하고 있으니, 아래 내용을 주의 깊게 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.

1. 온라인 주문 – 반품, 교환 및 환불

다음 기간 이내에 반품 및 교환 신청을 받습니다: 10 days (배송 완료 후)

A. If the item is defective or incorrect (SAAD’s error):

• Contact us within 10 days of delivery
• Include photos and a short explanation
• 승인 완료 후 다음 중 하나를 선택하실 수 있습니다.
  • A replacement (exchange) — SAAD covers the shipping cost
  • A full refund — SAAD covers return shipping

B. If the item is not defective (wrong size or change of mind):

• 교환만 가능하며, 개인적인 사유로 인한 환불은 불가능합니다.
• 상품은 사용 흔적이 없어야 하며, 수령 당시의 상태를 유지해야 합니다.

• 다음 비용은 고객님께서 부담하셔야 합니다.

2. 매장 구매 – 교환 및 환불

오프라인 매장에서 구매하신 상품의 경우, 반품 서비스가 제한적으로 운영됩니다.

A. If the item is defective (SAAD’s error):

• Contact us within 10 days of purchase
• Provide proof of purchase and photos of the defect (if outside Thailand)
• Once approved you may choose:
  • Same-item replacement
  • Full refund
• 다음 비용은 SAAD가 부담합니다.
  • Shipping cost to return the item
  • Shipping cost of the replacement item

B. If the item is not defective (wrong size or change of mind):

• 저희는 매장 구매 상품의 반품, 교환 및 환불을 for personal preference
• We also do not allow exchanges for different items

3. Not Eligible for Return, Exchange, or Refund

• 커스텀, 각인, 주문 제작 또는 한정판 상품
• 세일 및 할인 상품
• Items returned after 10 days

4. 반품 및 교환 요건

접수 조건:

• 상품을 10 days of receiving or purchasing the item
• saadjapan.com 또는 SAAD 방콕 매장에서 구매한 상품이어야 합니다.
• 상품 상태:
  • 착용 흔적이 없고 파손되지 않은 상태
  • Include tags, packaging, and accessories
• 시계 제품군:
  • Include the original warranty card
  • Must have the same number of links or holes
• 주문 한 건당 단 1회의 반품 또는 교환만
• SAAD는 위 요건을 충족하지 않는 상품에 대해 반품 및 교환을 거부할 권리가 있습니다.

5. 반품 방법

태국 내:

• Visit our Bangkok store, or
• 쇼피 익스프레스(Shopee Express), 케리 익스프레스(Kerry Express) 또는 기타 신뢰할 수 있는 택배 서비스를 이용해 보내주세요.

태국 외 지역:

• Use a trusted courier with tracking
• 상품이 저희 측에 도착하기 전까지 발생하는 모든 책임은 고객님께 있습니다.
